Hi, everyone. I was one of two nurses chosen from my department for an all expense paid vacation to our American Association of Perianesthesis Nurses. I wish it were somewhere far, far away, but it's in Grapevine, Texas which is near Fort Worth. Don't worry, I'll send pictures. I'll be there from today (Sunday) until Wednesday.
The last nursing convention I attended was in 1963 and it was in New Orleans. I was running for some office and for talent night, I did a striptease to the song "Stripper" or whatever it was called. Actually, I had an old timey bathing suit underneath all my clothing. Still, it's fun to say I was a stripper in NO once.
